You need to now use your JCSU user name and password to log into the Web Portal. So for example, if your email address is john.doe.2020@mymail.jcsu.edu your user name will be john.doe.2020 . You need to use the password you use to login into your JCSU email or computers on the JCSU campus. If you don't remember your password, you can reset your password by going to the following website: https://adportal.jcsu.edu If you require assistance please email the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@jcsu.edu to receive assistance with resetting your password through the Password Reset Portal. For new students who haven't been accepted to JCSU yet, you will use the user name and password sent to you by the Admission Department until you are accepted and a JCSU email address is created for you. Faculty and Staff will also use their JCSU user name and password to log into the Web Portal. This is the user name and password you use to log into your computers on campus or the VPN off campus. By leveraging the JCSU Web Portal: Prospective Students can engage in the admissions process, from application through enrollment. Current Students will access their academic records, student financial data, news feed, course evaluations and University information. Faculty will retrieve student information, degree audits, institutional policies and announcements. Staff can explore resource materials, forms, training guides, and directory information.
